Also togo er the best Asian around Schifferstadt Even in lockdown, the team keeps the quality very high. Not cheap, but extremely cheap ? and fast ? for what is on offer.
Very good restaurant with a large menu.
Very tasty food, nice staff just great???
Everything was fine
Friendly owner who speaks Japanese and good food.
It was better
The food was very good. I will recommend the restaurant to others.
Very friendly and very tasty food. A small and cozy restaurant!
Fine, pretty restaurant with a friendly owner. I've never been a fan of two things and I'm glad to see that the location is finally taken over by a good restaurant.
Very pleasant and super delicious
When shortly after our order (we were the first guests) the well-known 'bing' of a discounter microwave oven could be heard, I had a queasy feeling. When looking at and tasting the starter, the culinary debacle was revealed. The Thai meat cookies had undoubtedly been several days behind them and their consistency was comparable to room-warm overripe Chinese mushrooms. Spring rolls and satay skewers were certainly from Transgourmet and therefore in the same league as the meat cookies. The 'crispy roast duck' was slush meat with a brown, sloppy shell. After complaining, the 'duck' was 'fried' again in the deep fryer. The 'sauces' were also at room temperature and were only heated on the candle-operated food warmer. In terms of taste, the 'sauces' could be described as coconut milk stock enriched with oil. With just under 60 € for 2 people, it is definitely not 'cheap'. Anyone who can award more than 1 star here has my fullest pity.
I can't understand the good reviews. It's been a long time since eaten so bad. If the food was Thai, then good night Thailand!
What does this have to do with Thai food? We spontaneously ordered dinner in the evening and picked it up on site. We had Khaow Phad Gai (fried rice with chicken), Gai Phad Med Ma-Muang (chicken with onions, peppers, zitage, mushrooms and cashew nuts) plus wontans and spring rolls - and were bitterly disappointed in the end. None of it is reminiscent of Thai food. There wasn't a single fresh ingredient in the whole meal, everything appeared frozen and shaken around the globe twice, only to be briefly warmed up without much spice or flavor. Or just fried like the spring rolls and wontons ... The Schlotten in the fried rice could not be found, otherwise I'm not even sure whether real and fresh egg (yes, singular) was used. Taste very far from Thai food. For 10.90 € is a cheek. The sauce on the chicken with vegetables was more of a thin, light brown soup with no flavor. The vegetables are neither crisp nor fresh, but also explains why this one euro can be cheaper. I'm really amazed how the average can be so high here - either the owner / chef has changed or the reviews have been bought. Expectation was medium, result was far below. 2 stars only because it was quick, neither price nor performance were justified.
Real delicious food and really friendly staff. One of the best Thai restaurants I ever eaten in.
Tasty and inexpensive. The food was good and arrived in a timely manner, overall a pleasant experience.
Very polite, courteous and tried hard. The food is great! We recommend!
Really high quality Thai cuisine, very friendly staff and comfortably located in the old town of Speyer. Highly recommended!
This is a great Thai restaurant with authentic food and very nice owners. We recommend.
Was here for the first time on recommendation and would love to recommend it, good light Thai cuisine with the right heat.
Our meal with starter (soup or shrimp) tasted very good. The crispy duck in two variations is recommended. We liked it and we will go there again
Very nice and authentic Thai food. Presentation of the food is as you expect inn a Thai restaurant. Even the service is Thai: very fast. In 30 minutes you are ready to pay after a nice starter, main course and coffee. Only local cards excepted, and off course cash.
Food was really good but the interior design resembles a German restaurant rather than a Thai. Booking tables in advance, even for lunch, is highly recommended. Large variety of meals and great offer of drinks, especially juices.
We had number 75 and 95, which is a beef dish and a fish dish. Both tasted heavenly!!! The fish and vegetables were super fresh and the batter was krispy. We also had Thai iced tea, and of all the non alcoholic drinks there this is the most original and unique tasting one. This wasn't the first time we had food here and it won't be the last!
Cozy restaurant, friendly service, wide selection of meat and veggie dishes. Also Thai iced tea (very sweet!) And u.a. an appetizer variation for 2 or 4 people, all delicious ?
Good food and fast service. If they could keep and English menu and add little spice to the food or at least keep some chili sauce
Real Thai food and good prices.
Good ambience. Staff was friendly but a little overwhelmed when the restaurant is full. Food was average but mocktails were good having authentic Thai taste!
Extremely delicious food with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the fried duck with vegetables and it was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, tender in the inside. My wife had the Shrimp Pad Thai and it was also delicious and authentic. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place to anyone that wants authentic and delicious Thai food.
Great service but the food is not authentic. The chef drop the spice and less tasty but overall still good. Next time need to tell the chef to cook as real Thai.
Super delicious food, friendly and fast service, price performance fits! Perfect
Enjoyed their mouth watering food and excellent service. I recommend the #52 Gaeng Ped Gai.
